Izabel took these photos and wanted to share them with all of you. She knew, although the water looked a little treacherous; it was beautiful and there was something to be learned from it. Nature has a way of reminding that challenges are worth the reward.

There is a phrase I think of often

and seems appropriate here:

When you are going through hell, keep going! 

(A simple idea but makes complete sense)
